The Rotunda
The grand fountain. The columns. The granite. The spectacle.
And the four monumental lion sculptures — storied as gifts from Gianni Versace to Mike Tyson — standing like guardians of the house. Above the rotunda, beneath the chandelier, the legendary hand-painted mural transforms the entry into a private hall of fame.
Legend has it, the mural pays tribute to Tyson’s defeated opponents and boxing icons — a visual record of dominance, legacy, and Las Vegas mythology.
This is not decoration. It is history with a pulse. A former champion’s residence, now entering its next chapter under Michael Terpin’s stewardship.
